Product Description

NEFIX NF 700 is a one-component, medium-modulus polyurethane sealant that cures upon exposure to atmospheric humidity. It is designed for fire-rated sealing and bonding applications, offering more than 4 hours of fire resistance without the need for backfilling materials. This sealant is permanently elastic, non-sagging, and does not pick up dirt. It can be used in both indoor and outdoor applications for pedestrian and traffic areas. NEFIX NF 700 is also paintable and conforms to BS 6920 for metallic water-soluble impurities.
