Product Description

NEFIX NF 505 is a new generation, polyurethane dispersion-based adhesive designed for fixing PVC, PP, PET, and ABS films onto MDF and other substrates. It is specifically formulated for use in vacuum or membrane press processes to manufacture high-gloss furniture components, such as kitchen, bathroom, and wardrobe shutters and doors. This heat-sensitive adhesive has a low activation temperature, making it suitable for use with heat-sensitive films. It is also water-resistant and offers excellent heat resistance to prevent delamination in hot conditions. NEFIX NF 505 is environmentally friendly and does not harm human health.
